Secondary Group (3rd May)

Dear All,

This week's lessons are cancelled as I'm ill and this being the time where everyone's in fear of contracting the 'SWINE FLU' it would be irresponsible for me to pass the normal(usual) flu virus to you. I do not have SWINE FLU.

For those who are still having your examinations, all the best and study hard.

Having said that, I have a mini assignment for all of you (especially the Secondary 4students).

Assignment

1. Please keep up to date on the news of 2 issues, namely the 'SWINE FLU' Pandemic and the 'AWARE' fiasco. Attached below are a few sources where you can get news/information on the issues. I will be asking all of you to express your views in class the following week, please come prepared.

Pre-Mid Year Badminton ESCAPE!

Hi all,

Fully aware that you are all busy preparing for your mid year examinations, I've organized a badminton session this coming Friday (24th Apr) at the Jurong West Sports Hall, which is a 5mins walk from the newly opened Pioneer MRT station.

I've booked 3 courts from 4pm-6pm.

I've paid for the courts and as such, all you have to do is bring along your rackets and shuttlecocks.

Hi all,

Tuition this Sunday will be from 0900hrs-1100hrs (sec 1-2) and 1100hrs-1300hrs (sec 3-4) at my place.

Please meet on time at the bus stop = ]

Sec 1 and 2 students, please remember to bring your comprehension passage! We should be finishing the summary = ]

Sec 3 and 4 students please memorize the format for an informal letter before coming for lesson.

Also, as this is the 1st lesson, please bring along the tuition fees.

Tuition this Sunday will be from 0900hrs-1100hrs (sec 1-2) and 1100hrs-1300hrs (sec 3-4) at my place.

Sec 1 and 2 students, please remember to bring your comprehension passage! We should be finishing the passage and will be moving into summary = ]

Sec 3 and 4 students please complete your SUMMARIES before coming for lessons!!! We will be doing an 'O' level essay this week. This will be a timed exercise so please so arrive on time.

Also, as this is the 4th lesson, please bring along the tuition fees.
